Zamalek Decides to Keep Bentayek
Sources have revealed that the officials of Zamalek Club have settled on keeping Moroccan Mahmoud Bentayek, the team's left-back, for the next season.
According to press reports, Bentayek is set to remain with Zamalek next season due to the strong confidence in his abilities from the management and the planning committee within the club.
The reports clarified that Bentayek is the only foreign player guaranteed to stay with Zamalek during the upcoming season.
It is worth noting that Zamalek signed Moroccan Mahmoud Bentayek from French club Saint-Étienne in the summer of 2024 on loan, before activating the purchase option for one million euros with a contract for the next three years.
