Müller Receives American Offer
Jeff Berding, the CEO of Cincinnati Club in the United States, confirmed that an offer has been made to acquire the German star Thomas Müller, who is preparing to leave Bayern Munich.
Berding stated in remarks to the German newspaper Bild: "We have made a good offer, we have had some discussions with his agents. In the end, he has many options. We respect if he and his advisors are looking for something else. This is part of football."
He continued: "It’s not over until he signs with another club. We know this is a farewell competition here with Bayern Munich and he will decide how to move forward after that. We also know what we have here - a great stadium, a good atmosphere, and excellent conditions. Who knows what will happen in the end."
He added: "We are a club capable of winning titles. And Thomas has a winning mentality, he has already won a lot. We believe he would fit us well."
