The Turkish network 'Fanatik' revealed that Barcelona's German goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen has indeed agreed on personal terms for a move to Turkish club Galatasaray this summer.

Although the 33-year-old ter Stegen had previously expressed his desire to remain with Barcelona, the club's signing of Juan Garcia and the approaching renewal of Wojciech Szczesny's contract have prompted him to reconsider his position.

Negotiations between Barcelona and Galatasaray are still ongoing, with the possibility that the Catalan club may agree to terminate ter Stegen's contract, which runs until 2028, in order to relieve his high salary.

This comes amid Galatasaray's financial capability to pay the German goalkeeper's salary, following their recent signing of Bayern Munich player Leroy Sané.
