After a wave of widespread controversy following his participation in the match between Al-Nasr and Al-Orouba, goalkeeper Rafe' Al-Ruwaili has clarified his position, confirming his intention to continue his football career in the Yelo League for the first division.

Al-Ruwaili found himself at the center of a legal storm due to his official job alongside his sporting activity, which raised objections, but the Sports Arbitration Center confirmed the legality of his participation as an amateur.

In his first statement after the crisis, Al-Ruwaili announced that he is currently considering several offers, the most notable being from Al-Orouba Club, which is seeking to renew his contract, in addition to interest from other clubs within the Yelo League.

The goalkeeper confirmed that his decision to continue away from the professional league came after deep contemplation, as he believes that the first division environment provides him the opportunity to play without conflicting with his government work.
