Juventus Extends Nicolo Savona's Contract Until 2030
Thursday 12-06-2025
The Italian club Juventus announced on its official website the extension of young defender Nicolo Savona's contract until June 2030, following his remarkable performance during the past season.

The 22-year-old player signed a new five-year contract that included financial improvements, in appreciation of his outstanding performance after establishing himself as a key player in the Bianconeri's lineup.

Savona made his first appearance with the first team in the opening match of the 2024/2025 Italian league season against Como, contributing to a 3-0 victory. Since then, he has participated in 37 matches across all competitions, including 28 in the Italian league and 7 in the UEFA Champions League.

The young defender received his first call-up to the Italian national team under coach Luciano Spalletti last November, as part of the squad for the UEFA Nations League matches against Belgium and France, although he has yet to make his international debut.

It is worth noting that Savona joined the Juventus academy in 2011 when he was eight years old, before successfully making his way to the first team.
