The first football team at Al-Ahli Club is facing a real dilemma regarding the renewal of contracts for several of its young players, as revealed by sports journalist Saleh Omar Al-Ahmad recently.

Al-Ahmad mentioned that the Al-Ahli management has not yet taken action to open the file for renewing the contracts of players Iyad Husa and Adnan Al-Bushri, despite the approaching end of their contracts with the club.

This delay in negotiations has opened the door for moves from three clubs, seeking to attract the duo to join their under-21 teams for the upcoming football season.

These movements are putting increasing pressure on Al-Ahli management, especially since competitors are closely monitoring the situation in hopes of snatching the young talents.

Nevertheless, Al-Ahmad reported that both Husa and Al-Bushri are still keen on their desire to continue within the walls of Al-Raqi, awaiting an official response from the management.
