The player's contract with Al-Ahli extends until the summer of 2026.
Saudi media reports confirmed that Al-Sadd Qatari Club is the one that submitted the offer to acquire the Brazilian star.
Firmino led Al-Ahli to win the AFC Champions League title by defeating Kawasaki Frontale 2-0 in the final match.
Firmino also succeeded in winning the title of Best Player in the AFC Champions League for the elite in 2025.
