Wednesday 11-06-2025
Media sources revealed that Italian coach Simone Inzaghi, the head coach of Al-Hilal Saudi Club, has finalized his stance on the list of foreign players participating in the 2025 Club World Cup.

Al-Hilal was unable to add any new foreign elements during the exceptional registration period, which officially closed on Tuesday evening, just days before the anticipated global tournament begins.

In media statements, club president Fahd bin Nafel confirmed: "We will participate in the Club World Cup with our current players, and after the tournament, we will conduct a technical evaluation for upcoming contracts in consultation with the coaching staff."

Al-Hilal is relying on a list of ten foreign professionals, who will carry the ambitions of the blue team in this major international event, led by Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou and Serbian Aleksandar Mitrović.

The participating foreign players are: Yassine Bounou, Kalidou Koulibaly, Joao Cancelo, Renan Lodi, Sergej Milinković-Savić, Ruben Neves, Malcolm, Caio César, Aleksandar Mitrović, and Marcos Leonardo.

The leader begins its journey with a fiery match against Spanish Real Madrid, in an anticipated football summit on June 18, as part of its opening participation in the 2025 Club World Cup.
