The Dutch national team achieved a resounding victory against their counterpart Malta with a score of 8-0 in the fourth round of the European qualifiers for the World Cup.

The Dutch team raised its score to 6 points in second place from two matches, while Malta's score remained at one point in fifth and last place.

The Dutch team took the lead with two goals from Memphis Depay in the 9th and 16th minutes, then Virgil van Dijk scored a third goal in the 20th minute, followed by Xavi Simons scoring a fourth goal in the 61st minute.
