Giocheris Rejects Al-Hilal Offer
Reports have revealed that Swedish striker Viktor Giocheris of Sporting Lisbon has made his decision regarding the offer presented to him by Al-Hilal during the summer transfer window.
Al-Hilal opted to pursue the signing of Swedish Giocheris to strengthen the team's attacking line, which is led by Italian coach Simone Inzaghi, after negotiations to acquire Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen from Napoli failed.
According to French newspaper "L'Équipe," Al-Hilal's management made a substantial offer to Giocheris with an annual salary of 35 million euros, excluding potential bonuses.
The report indicated that Al-Hilal was prepared to pay between 65 and 70 million euros to Sporting Lisbon for the Giocheris deal.
Sources have noted that Giocheris is not interested in transferring to Al-Hilal and wishes to continue playing in Europe, as he aspires to join a club in one of the major leagues, prioritizing the English Premier League.
