Liverpool Signs Goalkeeper Armin Biksi
Saturday 07-06-2025
Liverpool Football Club has officially announced its signing of young Hungarian goalkeeper Armin Biksi, coming from the Puskás Academy, during the summer transfer window.

The club confirmed in an official statement that the 20-year-old goalkeeper passed the medical examination and signed his contracts at the AXA training center.

The signing of Biksi comes after an impressive season he had with his previous team in the Hungarian league, where he started in 30 matches and contributed to Puskás finishing in second place. He is also among the candidates for the Golden Boy award for 2025 and has played 5 international matches with the Hungarian U21 national team.

This deal is part of Liverpool's plan to strengthen the goalkeeper position, following the signing of Giorgi Mamardashvili from Valencia last winter and the departure of Caoimhín Kelleher to Brentford.
