The newspaper 'Youm7' reported that Viston Mayeli, the star of Pyramids, will not participate in the Egypt Cup final match against Zamalek due to joining his national team.
Pyramids will face Zamalek in the Egypt Cup final match next Thursday.
The newspaper added that Mayeli left Cairo to join the Congo national team after his team won the African Champions League title for the first time in its history.
Pyramids succeeded in defeating South Africa's Mamelodi Sundowns with an aggregate score of 3-2 over the two-legged final of the Champions League to win the title.
Pyramids will face Zamalek in the Egypt Cup final match next Thursday.
