Rajkovic Undergoes Surgery in Finland with Precise Medical Coordination
The Al-Ittihad Club officially announced that its Serbian goalkeeper Predrag Rajkovic will undergo surgery to treat the injury he sustained during the last football season.
The club clarified through its official page on the 'X' platform that the surgery is scheduled for next Tuesday in the Finnish city of Turku, under the supervision of Professor Lassi Lempainen, a specialist in tendon and muscle surgeries.
The club confirmed that the medical staff will work in collaboration with the Finnish doctor to determine the appropriate treatment plan and the required rehabilitation period after the surgery.
Rajkovic had suffered a severe injury during the match against Al-Shabab in the semi-finals of the King's Cup, which took place last April.
The medical diagnosis confirmed that the goalkeeper suffered a tear in the tendon near the rectus femoris muscle of the right thigh, necessitating surgical intervention to end his suffering and restore his readiness.
