Spanish media reports have revealed the stance of Brazilian star Rodrygo, winger of Real Madrid, regarding continuing with the team for the upcoming 2025/2026 season, amidst recent doubts about his future.

According to the newspaper 'Marca', Rodrygo has informed the royal club's management of his desire to stay, despite a decline in his appearances during the second half of the past season, and the player's contract with Real Madrid continues until June 2028.

The newspaper added that Real Madrid's management has asked Rodrygo to show a strong reaction if he decides to stay, as they expect him to prove his worth in the upcoming period.

The upcoming period includes preparations and the Club World Cup, in order to convince the new coach Xabi Alonso of his role in the team's project.
