Ayman Younes, the former Zamalek star, sent a message to the white players before the anticipated match against Pyramids in the Egypt Cup final.
Zamalek will meet Pyramids in the final of the tournament on Thursday, June 5.
Younes said via the 'X' platform: "It is very important for the fans to support and encourage Zamalek players to win the Egypt Cup... but what is more important is that the players must understand and feel that they need to repay the support of the fans and the board of directors to them, and win the cup."
Pyramids had finished the Egyptian league in second place with 56 points.
