Press sources confirmed that the officials at Al Ahly Club have decided to keep the Malian Aliou Diang in the team for the upcoming season, following his return from loan to Al Khulood Club in Saudi Arabia.
According to the press sources, Aliou Diang will remain with Al Ahly next season based on the recommendation of the new Spanish coach, José Rivero.
It is worth mentioning that Diang has obtained a visa to enter the United States in preparation for participating with the Reds in the FIFA Club World Cup.
The Al Ahly delegation is scheduled to travel to America on June 4 to compete in the tournament.
Al Ahly is placed in Group A, alongside Inter Miami from the USA, Palmeiras from Brazil, and Porto from Portugal.
