Reports have revealed that Spanish sporting director Fernando Hierro of Al-Nassr has not reached any agreement with Mohammed Al-Fateel, the team's defender, regarding the extension of his contract which ends this month.

According to the reports, Al-Nassr's management offered Al-Fateel a one-season contract extension for 5 million riyals, but the player rejected it, insisting on signing a two-season contract for 6 million riyals per season.

The reports clarified that this step by Al-Nassr's management came due to their desire to finalize the local players' file early, before the start of the preparation period for the upcoming season.

The sources confirmed that Al-Nassr's management will finalize the situation regarding Mohammed Al-Fateel's stay or departure in the coming days.
