A Spanish newspaper report stated that former Real Madrid goalkeeper Diego Lopez will join Alvaro Arbeloa's coaching staff in the upcoming period.
Real Madrid had announced that Arbeloa would take over as the coach of the Castilla team, succeeding coach Raul Gonzalez.
The Spanish newspaper "Marca" reported that Lopez will work alongside Arbeloa with the second team, as he will be part of the coaching staff of the Spanish coach.
The newspaper stated: "Diego Lopez will work alongside Arbeloa in Castilla, where his mission will be to develop goalkeepers like Fran Gonzalez, Mistry, and Mario de Luis."
