Al-Ahli Begins Attempts to Acquire Duo from Al-Ittifaq
Saudi press reports stated that the management of Saudi Al-Ahli has started moving to acquire the duo from Al-Ittifaq, Mohammed Abdul Rahman and Mishal Al-Alaili, during the upcoming summer transfer window.
The newspaper "Asharq Al-Awsat" confirmed that Al-Ahli is eager to sign the duo, as Mohammed Abdul Rahman, 22 years old, is considered one of the promising talents in the full-back position, and the same goes for Al-Alaili, who is on loan this season to Al-Wahda.
According to the newspaper, Al-Ahli's efforts to sign the duo may face obstacles due to hefty financial demands amounting to nearly 100 million riyals, in order to release them from Al-Faris Al-Dhahna.
Al-Ahli finished the Saudi league in fifth place with 67 points.
