The management of the Union Club has started implementing the 'Football Facility' project, which targets the first team, the reserve team, and various age categories, according to reliable media reports.

The project aims to enhance the club's infrastructure by providing modern facilities that meet the highest sports standards and support the development of players across different categories.

The facility includes advanced training fields, a comprehensive fitness gym, in addition to a complete medical center that provides care and treatment for players.

The project also includes a main building for football management, and dedicated facilities for the first team that include changing rooms, advanced technical and administrative offices.

The plan also includes commercial buildings designed to support the club's financial stability, as part of a well-studied plan based on economic feasibility and modern architectural designs.

The giant project is scheduled to be completed by 2027 and spans an area of approximately 25 hectares, according to a precise executive schedule that considers the different development phases.
