The coaching staff of Ahli club made a decisive decision not to include right-back Ali Majrashi in the final match of the Roshan Saudi League against Al-Riyadh.

This decision came with the aim of preserving the player's safety and avoiding the exacerbation of his injury before his anticipated joining of the Saudi national team camp in the coming days, according to sports reports.

Majrashi had sustained a strain in his adductor muscle during his participation against Al-Ettifaq, which necessitated his exit from the match amid fears of his absence from upcoming commitments.

Despite the injury, medical examinations confirmed that it would not hinder his participation in the 'Green' camp, which will start on Wednesday in the city of Khobar in preparation for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
