Renard Prepares the Green Team
The management of the Saudi national football team announced the date for the first technical meeting between the French coach Hervé Renard and the players of the national team, scheduled for next Wednesday at 1 PM.
The anticipated meeting will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Al Khobar, aiming to review the complete preparatory program in preparation for the matches against Bahrain and Australia in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
All 25 players called up for the camp will undergo thorough medical examinations during the afternoon, in preparation for the official training sessions in the evening.
The first training sessions will kick off at 7 PM at the Al-Ettifaq Club stadium, where the coaching staff will focus on physical readiness and technical harmony.
In a related context, nine players from Ittihad and Al-Qadisiyah will undergo recovery training on Saturday, following their participation in the King’s Cup final, before fully joining the Green Team's camp next Sunday.
