
Results of the Arab Cup 2025 Draw
The draw for the Arab Cup 2025 was conducted today in the Qatari capital, Doha, where the tournament will take place in Qatar from December 1 to 18, with the participation of 16 teams.
Egypt will participate in the tournament with the second team, led by coach Helmy Toulan, due to the first team's commitment to participate in the Africa Cup of Nations 2025, which kicks off on December 21 in Morocco.
The qualifying stage will feature the 14 lowest-ranked teams in the FIFA World Rankings for men's teams issued on April 3, 2025, where seven predetermined knockout matches will be held in a playoff format on November 25 and 26, with the winning teams advancing to the final stage, joining the nine highest-ranked teams that qualified directly for this stage, including the host nation Qatar and Algeria, the defending champion of the last edition.
