The Ukrainian Artem Dovbik, Roma's striker, spoke about the biggest difference he noticed between playing in Serie A and playing in La Liga.

The former Girona player stated: "When I moved to Italy, I didn't expect there to be a big difference in defense. I expected the level of defenders in the major leagues to be quite similar."

He added: "I played against Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Atletico, and the performance of the defenders was quite similar. However, in Serie A, there are three or four players running behind you at the same time, and none of them are looking at the ball; their goal is to catch you and prevent you from moving."

He continued: "Video technology has greatly helped in counting fouls, but I come out after every match with my body full of scratches and bruises."
