The Saudi Pro League Association announced this evening, Saturday, the scheduled date for the start of the Roshen Saudi Pro League for the 2025–2026 sports season.

The association clarified in its statement that the competitions will begin on Thursday, August 28, 2025, and will conclude on Thursday, May 21, 2026, as part of ongoing coordination with the Saudi Football Federation and relevant authorities to ensure an organized and balanced start to the new season.

The opening of the new season will witness the Saudi Super Cup being held from August 19 to 23, 2025, with the rest of the competitions to continue according to a schedule that will be announced later.

The clubs' association indicated that this announcement came after a series of meetings and workshops that brought together the association with representatives of the clubs and the Saudi Federation.
