Inzaghi Approves to Coach Al Hilal
Saudi press reports confirmed today, Friday, that Simone Inzaghi, the head coach of Inter Milan, has agreed to Al Hilal's offer to coach the team.
The Saudi newspaper "Okaz" stated that there had been a period of tension between Al Hilal's management and Inzaghi, before the latter finally agreed to take over the coaching of the team.
The newspaper pointed out that an agreement has indeed been reached between both parties, and only financial support from the recruitment committee remains to finalize the deal officially.
Coach Jorge Jesus was dismissed due to poor results, and Mohammed Al Shalhoub has been appointed as the interim head coach.
