Manchester United Refuses to Let Go of Bruno Fernandes
Friday 23-05-2025
Manchester United has rejected the idea of parting ways with its captain Bruno Fernandes, despite interest from Saudi club Al Hilal in signing him during the upcoming summer, according to the website "GiveMeSport."

Al Hilal is looking to finalize the deal before the Club World Cup and has made an official offer, but United is holding on to the Portuguese star, who is considered a key element in the plans of coach Ruben Amorim.

This comes after Manchester United lost the Europa League final to Tottenham with a score of 1-0, ending their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League, amid reports of potential departures of players like Hojlund, Zirkzee, and Onana this summer.

Bruno Fernandes, who joined United in January 2020 from Sporting Lisbon for £47 million, remains one of the team's standout players and is highly regarded by both fans and management, especially given his leadership roles both on and off the pitch.
