Ahmed Shobair, the former Al Ahly star, revealed a shocking surprise for the fans regarding Aliou Dieng, the team's player loaned to Al-Khulood Saudi Arabia.

Shobair stated in radio comments: "The coach of the Mali national team has officially requested from Al-Khulood Saudi club to include Aliou Dieng during the national team's camp in June, which will include an official international agenda."

He added: "The coach said he doesn't know anything about Aliou Dieng's situation regarding Al Ahly's camp before the 2025 Club World Cup, but for the Mali national team, he has officially called up the player, and the camp will be from June 2 to June 10 of the same month."

Shobair concluded: "Al Ahly will start its camp on June 4 and will play a friendly match on June 8 against Pachuca from Mexico, and here you have to wait and think, because Dieng may not come to Al Ahly for this reason, as Rivero wants the players early since he will only take over responsibility after the Farco match."
