Mohammad Shatara, the administrative director of the Palestinian national team, clarified the situation of Wissam Abu Ali, the Al Ahly striker, regarding his return to the Red team's roster after the match against Kuwait on June 5, in order to join his team's camp for the FIFA Club World Cup.

Shatara stated in his remarks that Wissam Abu Ali will be with the Palestinian national team for the matches against Kuwait and Oman, as part of the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

He added: "Wissam Abu Ali will join the Al Ahly delegation after completing his participation with the Palestinian national team, and thus he will not be present in the friendly match against Pachuca on June 8 in the United States."

The Palestinian national team will play its first match during the international break against Kuwait on June 5, and then face Oman in the second match on June 10.

After that, Wissam Abu Ali will head to America to join the Al Ahly delegation, just a few days before the opening match against Inter Miami, scheduled for June 14.
