The Belgian club Beerschot officially announced the end of the loan period for Saudi players Faisal Al-Ghamdi and Marwan Al-Sahafi at the end of this May, allowing them to return to Al-Ittihad Club after their first European experience.

In a farewell statement, the club thanked the duo for their contributions during their time there, expressing appreciation for their efforts and wishing them success in their sports future after the loan ends.

Al-Ghamdi and Al-Sahafi joined Beerschot during the last summer transfer window, after Al-Ittihad Club agreed to loan them for one sports season outside the Kingdom.

This experience marked their first appearance in European stadiums, as they played matches in the Belgian league, providing them with the opportunity to engage with a different playing style and gain more experience.

The club's decision not to renew the loan coincided with the confirmation of the team's relegation from the Belgian Pro League, four rounds before the season's end, which temporarily ended their journey in Belgium.
