The French striker Alexandre Lacazette bid an emotional farewell to Olympique Lyon after playing for the club in two separate periods.

The player participated in his last match with the team, where he scored two goals in Lyon's victory over their guest Angers in the conclusion of the French league.

After the match, Lacazette remained alone at his team's stadium, "Parc Olympique Lyonnais," as he wanted to say goodbye to the pitch where he shone so brightly, in a special way.

With the two goals, Lacazette now has 201 with Lyon, making him the second all-time top scorer after Florián De Nardi, who is first with 222 goals, making Lyon the only French team with two players who have scored over 200 goals.

It is still unknown what the player's next destination will be, as he does not wish to retire at this stage.
