Borussia Dortmund achieved a valuable victory against Holstein Kiel with a score of 3-0 in the match that brought the two teams together today in the fourth and final round of the German league for the 2024/2025 season.

The striker Serhou Guirassy opened the scoring early for Dortmund in the third minute, before Marcel Sabitzer added the second goal at the start of the second half in the 47th minute, and then Felix Nmecha capped off the trio with a third goal in the 72nd minute.

Karl Johansson, a player for Holstein Kiel, received a red card in the 9th minute, leaving his team to continue the match with ten players.
