The crisis that erupted between Ali Al-Lajami, the Al-Nasr defender, and one of the team's fans following the disappointing draw against Al-Taawoun has concluded after the player accepted the fan's apology.

The dispute arose after the Al-Nasr vs. Al-Taawoun match, which ended in a 1-1 draw at Al-Awwal Park, causing anger among fans due to the lost opportunity to qualify for the elite AFC Champions League.

Al-Lajami got into a heated verbal exchange with the fan and made a 'silence' gesture towards him at the end of the match, attempting to silence the criticisms directed at him.

Despite the intervention of some teammates to calm him down, Al-Lajami headed to the locker room, before later announcing his acceptance of the fan's apology to close the matter.

Al-Lajami's future with Al-Nasr remains uncertain, especially with his contract expiring in the summer of 2025 and no renewal yet, amidst reports linking him to Al-Hilal, Al-Ahli, and Neom, along with his high financial demands.
