Spanish coach José Rivero, a candidate to train Al-Ahly, spoke about his admiration for the team's duo Imam Ashour and Marwan Attia.
A television report via the program 'Mal'ab On' aired on 'On Sport' channel stated that: 'It is likely that Rivero will lead Al-Ahly in the match against Farco in the final round of the league, and he is very impressed with Imam Ashour.'
He added: 'Moreover, Rivero is impressed with Marwan Attia, the midfielder, and he sees that Karim El-Debis, the left-back, is an important player with a bright future.'
He continued: 'Rivero believes that Mohamed El-Shennawy has great potential, despite his decline in form in recent matches.'
