Nigerian star Victor Osimhen has sparked widespread controversy after deciding to reject an offer from Saudi club Al-Hilal, despite the massive financial proposal from the blue club.

According to the Italian website "Spazio Napoli", Osimhen expressed his desire to continue his football career within the European continent, which led him to ignore the tempting Saudi offer.

The report confirmed that Osimhen agreed to join Italian club Juventus, even though the financial offer presented to him by "Juve" does not exceed 75 million euros, which is less than the buyout clause in his contract with Napoli.

The newspaper reported that Al-Hilal's management was willing to pay the buyout clause or even exceed it, and offered Osimhen a substantial salary, but the player's desire was the decisive factor in his rejection.

In a related context, sources indicated that Turkish club Galatasaray attempted to acquire Osimhen with an offer of only 30 million euros, but the offer was not accepted by Italian club Napoli.
