The media figure Walid Al-Faraj commented on the Saudi Al-Ittihad's victory in the Roshan Saudi League.
Al-Ittihad won against Al-Raed with a score of 3-1 in a match held on Thursday evening as part of the 32nd round of the Roshan League, securing the title two rounds before the end of the competition.
Al-Faraj said via the 'X' platform: "The tiger has regained the league after just one season away from Al-Hilal, and it seems we are going through a phase similar to what we experienced before 2010 when the rivalry was blue and yellow."
He added: "What happened in Buraidah reflects the presence of the Ittihad in an area that was not part of its fan base... Congratulations to the champion."
