The investigation court number 3 in San Bartolomé de Tirajana has announced the opening of a criminal investigation against Real Madrid's young defender Raúl Asensio, along with 3 players from the Real Madrid youth team.

The newspaper "Marca" reported that the court decided to investigate Asensio and his former teammates Andrés García, Ferran Ruiz, and Juan Rodríguez, all of whom are former youth team players at the royal club.

The newspaper added that this decision comes after Asensio was accused of distributing a sexual video involving two girls, one of whom is a minor, who had sexual relations with the aforementioned Real Madrid players in June 2023.

The Las Palmas court had rejected in February the appeal submitted by Asensio's defense attorney, who requested the young defender's exclusion from the case.
