Media figure Medhat Shalaby revealed that Zamalek has settled on signing 3 foreign players during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Shalaby stated during the "Ya Msa' Al-Anwar" program on MBC Masr channel that the planning committee at Zamalek aims to bring in foreign players of the highest level to strengthen the team's roster.

He added: "The committee stipulated that the targeted players must have a strong resume and experience in European leagues, completely avoiding players with limited experience or those who are not well-known, due to the limited time and the lack of opportunity for experimentation."

Shalaby mentioned that the targeted positions are the attacking winger and the main striker.

He further added that the planning committee is not seeking to sign any players from Arab leagues, given Zamalek's desire to strengthen its squad significantly in the upcoming period.
