According to reports, Laurent Blanc refused to grant the team players a negative rest today, in order to prepare for the upcoming match against Al-Raed on Thursday, as part of the 32nd round of the league championship.
Sources confirmed that the players who participated as starters in the match against Al-Faihah will undergo recovery training at the club's premises.
Al-Ittihad needs to win against Al-Raed to officially clinch the Saudi league title next Thursday, two rounds before the end of the competition.
