Ronaldo Looks to Revolutionize Change at Al-Nassr

Sources have revealed that Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo, playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, has set four conditions for agreeing to renew his contract, which expires at the end of the current season.

Ronaldo's team, Al-Nassr, has had a trophy-less season after being eliminated from the AFC Champions League in the semifinals, and prior to that, they exited the King's Cup, in addition to missing the chance to win the Saudi League title.

According to reports from Saudi sources, Cristiano Ronaldo has outlined his demands for agreeing to stay with Al-Nassr until 2027, as he envisions an ambitious technical and administrative project for the club.

Reports mentioned that Ronaldo recommended releasing some non-impactful foreign players from the team, such as goalkeeper Pinto and his compatriots Wesley and Angelo, as well as Spanish player Aymeric Laporte.

At the same time, he insisted on retaining key players like Sadio Mane, Portuguese Otavio, and Croatian Marcelo Brozovic.

The reports added that Ronaldo conditioned the sale or non-renewal of contracts for a specific number of local players to reduce Al-Nassr's roster and enhance efficiency within a technical plan budgeted at 300 million riyals.

The report also confirmed that Ronaldo requested the appointment of a professional European coach instead of Italian Pioli and the recruitment of a high-caliber sporting director with full authority, under the supervision of an independent technical committee.
