Former Al-Nassr goalkeeper Agustin Rossi survived an armed attack.
According to the sports newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah" citing the French news agency, some players from Brazilian Flamengo, including Agustin Rossi, were attacked while returning home from the match against Central Córdoba from Argentina, which took place in the fourth round of the group stage of the Copa Libertadores and ended in a 1-1 draw.
Rossi played for Al-Nassr on loan from Boca Juniors in the second half of the 2022-2023 season before moving to Flamengo.
No players were injured during the armed attack, and the players were taken to a police station.
