Zidan stated on Facebook: "Al-Ahly is negotiating seriously with Al-Wakrah to permanently acquire Hamdi Fathi."
Al-Ahly is preparing to face Al-Masry Al-Portsaid tomorrow, Thursday, in the fifth round of the decisive phase of the Egyptian Premier League.
The match between Al-Ahly and Al-Masry will kick off at 8 PM Cairo and Mecca time.
