The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Football Association, headed by Hani Abou Rida, has set the date and venue for the Egypt Cup final between Zamalek and Pyramids.
The final will take place on June 5 at the Cairo International Stadium.
Reports had suggested that the Football Association intended to hold the final in the United Arab Emirates, but it was decided to host the final in Cairo.
Pyramids qualified for the Egypt Cup final after defeating Al Ahly Bank in the semifinals, while Zamalek reached the final at the expense of Ceramica Cleopatra.
