Ben Ramadan Signs Transfer Contracts with Al Ahly
Tamas Hajnál, the sports director of Hungarian club Ferencváros, announced on Friday evening the transfer of Tunisian Mohamed Ali Ben Ramadan to Egyptian club Al Ahly.
It is worth noting that Al Ahly is keen on signing Ben Ramadan to strengthen the team during the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States.
Hajnál explained in a special statement to the Hungarian club published on their social media accounts that Al Ahly had contacted Ferencváros multiple times in recent months.
He said: "The pace of negotiations has increased recently, and both clubs reached an agreement yesterday, and we signed the contracts, and today Ben Ramadan signed his transfer contracts."
He continued: "If he passes the mandatory medical examination, he will become a player for Al Ahly starting from the next season, and the deal was made under terms beneficial to the Hungarian club."
