Zamalek Negotiates with Koller to Coach the Team
Media figure Karim Hassan Shahat confirmed that Zamalek has entered into negotiations with Marcel Koller, the former coach of Al Ahly, to coach the white team.
Karim Hassan Shahat stated via Al Hayat channel: "Some intermediaries have offered Zamalek officials to contract with Koller for the next season."
He added: "The obstacle in completing Zamalek's negotiations with Koller is the high salary of the Swiss coach, which amounts to $220,000 per month. Zamalek will not be able to pay this amount unless one of the businessmen intervenes."
He clarified: "My information is that there has been communication between intermediaries from Koller’s side and the officials at Zamalek to coach the white team next season."
