Zamalek Insists on Investigating Zizo at the Club
The Zamalek Club announced yesterday evening, Tuesday, that it has sent an official letter to the Egyptian Football Association confirming the club's rejection of conducting an investigation with Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the first team player, at the headquarters of the Football Association.
Zamalek emphasized in its letter that it insists on completing the investigation with Zizo at the club's premises according to the timings it is notified of, including the investigation session scheduled for today, Wednesday, April 30.
This letter comes in response to the correspondence received by the club from the Egyptian Federation, which indicates that player Zizo requested to be investigated by Zamalek at the Football Association's headquarters.
Zamalek pointed out that it categorically rejects this matter, especially since the player's claims and statements about fearing for his safety and security inside the club are untrue, and the player is trying to fabricate them to justify his absence from training and matches.
