Islamic media figure Islam Sadiq commented on the qualification of the South African team Sundowns for the final of the African Champions League after drawing with Al Ahly in the second leg of the semi-final with a score of 1-1.

Islam Sadiq said via Facebook: "The terrifying and formidable Sundowns qualifies for the Champions League final at the expense of Al Ahly after a positive draw of 1-1 in the return match.. and Koller is close to leaving."

Al Ahly's opening goal was scored by Taher Mohamed Taher in the 24th minute of the match, and Sundowns equalized in the 90th minute after Yasser Ibrahim, a player from Al Ahly, accidentally scored an own goal.

Al Ahly had drawn with Sundowns 0-0 in the first leg, allowing Sundowns to qualify on aggregate, benefiting from the away goals rule.
