
Milan Eliminates Inter Milan and Advances to the Final of the Coppa Italia
AC Milan has secured a spot in the final of the Coppa Italia after achieving a valuable victory over their traditional rival Inter Milan with a score of 3-0 in the second leg of the semi-final, in the match that took place today, Wednesday.
The first leg between the two teams ended in a 1-1 draw, allowing Milan to secure advancement with a total score of 4-1 over the two matches.
Serbian star Luka Jovic excelled in the match, scoring two of Milan's goals, as he opened the scoring in the 36th minute with a wonderful header after a precise cross from Alex Jimenez, before returning to add the second goal in the 50th minute.
Milan did not settle for this result and managed to score the third goal in the 85th minute through Tijani Reijnders, after a brilliant pass from Portuguese star Rafael Leão.
With this victory, Milan awaits the winner of the match between Bologna and Empoli, which will take place tomorrow, Thursday, to know their opponent in the final scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
