Al-Shennawy Renews Contract with Al-Ahly for Two Seasons
Sports critic Mohamed Iraqi revealed a surprise regarding Al-Ahly star Mohamed Al-Shennawy.
Iraqi wrote on Facebook: "Exclusive - Al-Shennawy has officially renewed his contract with Al-Ahly for two seasons. The international goalkeeper signed the contracts yesterday, Monday, in the presence of Captain Mahmoud El-Khatib at the club's headquarters in Sheikh Zayed, and the football company will cover half of his contract."
Al-Ahly is preparing to face Mamelodi Sundowns from South Africa next Friday in the second leg of the African Champions League semi-finals.
The match between Al-Ahly and Sundowns will kick off at 7 PM Cairo time.
