Laurent Blanc, the coach of the Saudi Union, is threatened with a penalty after missing the press conference following his team's match against Al-Ettifaq in the league.

The Union achieved a victory over Al-Ettifaq with a score of 3-2 in a match held on Monday evening as part of the 29th round of the Saudi Professional League.

The Saudi newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah" reported that Blanc is at risk of a penalty due to his absence from the press conference after the match because of the timing of his flight back to his country for a vacation after granting his players 4 days off from training due to the upcoming break.

The newspaper confirmed that according to the regulations of the Disciplinary Committee, a fine of 30,000 riyals is imposed on any coach who misses their post-match press conference.
